Every piece comes to our bench in San Jose before it goes to you. We check the stones, the setting, the clasp and the finish, then repackage it for delivery.
If a manufacturing defect does turn up, report it within 14 days of delivery and we will repair it, replace it or refund it in full, and cover shipping both ways.

We offer free Economy U.S. shipping on orders of $250 or more (5–8 business days in transit). Every order, free or paid, ships with signature confirmation. Faster Standard shipping is available at checkout. Every piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Some items may require a brief processing period before shipment. In certain cases, orders may take up to 5 additional business days to ship while your piece is prepared and transferred to our fulfillment center. Once shipped, you’ll receive full tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.
