Your idea, modelled in 3D
We start from whatever you have: a photo, a screenshot, a few words, or a sketch if you already have one. We build it as a precise 3D design you can see from every angle, and refine it with you until it is right.

Wax and casting
Made in wax, cast in gold
Once you approve the design, it is made in wax and cast in the metal you choose by lost-wax casting, the method jewelers have relied on for centuries.

Setting and finishing
Set by hand, polished, checked
Each diamond or gemstone is set by hand, the piece is polished to a bright finish, and it is inspected once more before it is packed and shipped to you.

How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends on the metal, the stones and the amount of detail. As a guide, a commission is priced much like a comparable piece from our collection. Tell us your budget in the form and we will design to it, and you get a quote before anything is made.
How long does it take?
It depends on the design and on the stones. We give you a timeline with your quote. If you need it by a date, a proposal, a wedding or an anniversary, put it in the form and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible.
Do I need a drawing?
No. A photo of something you love, a screenshot or a few words is enough. Modeling it in 3D is our job.
Will I see my piece before it is made?
Yes. You see the design as a 3D model and we refine it with you. Nothing is cast until you approve it.
Natural or lab-grown diamonds?
Either. We use GIA or IGI certified diamonds, natural or lab-grown, and we are happy to explain the difference in price and look so you can choose.
Can you use my own diamond or old jewelry?
Tell us what you have, with a photo if you can, and we will tell you what is possible.
Can we do this without meeting?
Yes. Everything can happen by email, text or phone, whichever you prefer, and the finished piece is shipped to you.
How is it delivered?
Free US shipping with signature confirmation, so it is handed to you and not left at the door.
